Conversation
You tell me about the room, the light, and who sits where. I ask more questions than you expect. No charge, no obligation.

Drawing
Hand drawings at full size for the parts that matter, plus a board of the actual timber I'd cut it from. We settle price here, not later.

Making
One piece on the bench at a time. Photographs every couple of weeks, and you're welcome in the shop whenever you like.

Delivery
I bring it myself and set it in place. Stamped underneath, with a card recording the trees, the date and the joints used.
